Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of all designs, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once a project has begun.

Creative Process
Each client will be presented with original design concepts. By engaging services, you acknowledge that all designs are created at the designer’s discretion and are not replicas of existing garments.

Service Refusal & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel services at any time, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with these terms, or lack of communication.
